Four arrested following suspicious bag drop from window in Bootle

Well now, our Bootle neighbours will be pleased to hear that police have been busy on the patch! Officers made four arrests yesterday after a suspicious bag was seen being dropped from a window right here in Bootle. It's good to know our streets are being kept safe.
